This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Dezire Wingz (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

Nature of Services

Dezire Wingz provides digital marketing, advertising management, AI automation solutions, website development, consulting, coaching, and related digital services. These services are customized, strategic, and time-based in nature.

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

Payment Structure

All services are offered on one of the following payment models:

• Upfront full payment
• Milestone-based payment
• Monthly retainer agreement
• Project-based fixed pricing

Work begins only after the agreed advance or first payment has been received.

No Refund After Work Commencement

Once work has started on a project, strategy, campaign, website, automation setup, consultation, or coaching program, payments made are non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Strategy development
• Research and planning
• Campaign setup
• Creative design work
• Website design or development
• AI workflow setup
• Consultation sessions
• Advertising account audits

Time, expertise, and resources allocated to a project are considered delivered once work begins.

Milestone-Based Projects

For milestone-based projects:

• Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If a client chooses to discontinue the project midway, they remain liable to pay for work completed up to that stage.
• Future unpaid milestones will not be charged once the project is formally terminated in writing.

Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly marketing, advertising, or management retainers:

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as defined in the service agreement (typically 15–30 days).
• Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.
• Work will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Advertising Budget

Any budget allocated to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or other advertising platforms is non-refundable by Dezire Wingz.

Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform and is subject to the platform’s own refund policies.

We are not responsible for ad spend refunds, rejected ads, or account suspensions by third-party platforms.

Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel services:

• Written notice must be sent via email.
• Work completed until the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
• Access to shared files, assets, and accounts may be revoked once the engagement ends.

Cancellation by Dezire Wingz

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• There is non-payment or repeated delayed payments.
• The client engages in unethical, illegal, or misleading practices.
• The client fails to provide necessary approvals, materials, or communication for extended periods.

In such cases, payments already made are non-refundable, and outstanding dues remain payable.

Coaching & Consultation Sessions

For 1-1 coaching or consultation sessions:

• Sessions once booked and delivered are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Dezire Wingz to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal recovery of dues.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to administrative deductions.
